No More Flyers!

Flyers Don’t Sell Homes? The ever changing real estate marketing world is exciting and just that “always changing”. In today’s “green” oriented world there is often a balance between “green” and proactive marketing. I’m excited to share our new sign rider below with text capabilities. Our research over the last year indicates we are 100 percent more likely to get calls from buyers if we have a text rider on the sign versus a flyer in a flyer box. This is a huge benefit to the seller in terms of both marketing and going “green” by eliminating flyers. We have added the below riders to both home and land signs during the summer selling season. This feature has maximized our ability to drive prospective buyers directly to our sales force so they can quickly and professionally address questions about your property. Our sales force then continually follows up with potential buyers. It’s like any sales industry, the more times we can get our sales representatives in front of buyers, the better chance we have of selling more properties. Over the course of this summer we have more than doubled the number of our listing that our sales force sold. Meaning we have sold over 40% of our own listings this summer by implementing prospecting based seller at a higher level. Our listings are selling for more money, in less time relative to our market as a whole.

Following the results of our research, we now have text riders on all of our signs, we stopped providing flyers, and plan to remove all flyer boxes.
